Paula M Coiffure is a hair salon at 2128 Rue Saint-Mathieu, Montreal. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 15 August 2026.
Who is responsible
Paula Masri, the owner, is the person in charge of the protection of personal information. You can reach her at info@paulacoiffure.com or 438-884-4521.
What we collect, and why
When you book online we collect your name, email address and phone number. We use them only to hold your appointment, send you a confirmation or reminder, and reach you if something changes. Booking is handled by Acuity Scheduling. If you phone or email us instead, we keep only what you tell us.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use Google Analytics, or any other cookie-based analytics, on this website. Our host Cloudflare counts page views for us in a way that sets no cookie and identifies nobody. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice, which you set yourself. Because nothing here identifies you, this site asks you to accept nothing.
Information stored outside Quebec
One supplier stores information outside Quebec, in the United States: Acuity Scheduling, which handles our bookings. Its booking pages run their own Google Analytics and set a cookie there; that is Acuity’s system on Acuity’s own address, and it is separate from this website. We share nothing with anyone else, we do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to profile you.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as you remain a client, and for two years after your last visit, so that we can look up your colour formula or the treatment you had. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can ask for your information in a portable format. Write to info@paulacoiffure.com and we will answer within 30 days, as the law requires.
If you are not satisfied
If you are unhappy with how we handled your request, you can complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec at cai.gouv.qc.ca.
